| (0) | Data refer to the "Invalidity" category of the Account of Social Protection, therefore the services that ensure the risk of total or partial inability to work are included, on the contrary invalidity benefits paid to over 65 years people that fall in the "Old age" category of the Account are excluded. |

| (8) | Children under 18 years who have physical, mental, sensory or multiple disabilities; adults between 18 and 64 years who have physical, mental, sensory, multiple disabilities or psychiatric problems; not self-sufficient people over 65 years whith a permanent disability or chronic illnesses, with consequent reduction of personal autonomy as much to need continuosly help or to perform important functions of life daily. |
| (9) | People with disabilities, certified by the appropriate committees or medical examiners, which is recognized for providing monetary benefits. |
| (10) | People with permanent disability: disability that implies a diminishment of working capacity with permanent consequences equal to or more than 6% and/or a biological damage, conceived as an injury to one's mental and physical integrity, subject to a medical-legal check. |

| (12) | In accordance with Article 1 of Law 12 March 1999, n. 68, are included: a) people in working age suffering from physical, mental or sensory and intellectual disabilities resulting in a reduction in capacity working more than 45 per cent; b) people with a degree of disability, due to the previous work, exceeding 33 percent; c) blind or deaf and dumb; d) war invalids, civil war invalids and invalids servicemen with disabilities ascribed to the eight classes of the rules of war pensions. |
