The Documentation and Glossary section is composed of several areas:

Data Source: provides access to detailed information on individual data sources. Istat sources are documented through the information system on quality (SIQUAL) while non-Istat data sources are described in ad hoc information sheets.

Publications: offers books (Istat and other agencies, national and international) and notes for the press/brief report on the issue of disability.

Other documents: provides information materials (Istat and other agencies, national and international) that focus on specific aspects of disability.

Laws and Regulations: contains documents and some laws governing the phenomenon.

Glossary: defines key technical terms used in the information system. It is accessible through three search options: by alphabet, by words, or by a complete list.
